The early court is already booked
A member booked the 7am court on Saturday night from the app and paid by card. The slot dropped off everyone else’s list the moment it was taken, so there was nothing to double-book.
How court booking worksEvery padel court down the side, every hour across, and the name of whoever booked each slot. The sheet fills as players book from their phones.

Players choose a day, take a free slot and pay by card in the app. The slot is theirs the moment the payment goes through.

Each block of courts has its own photo, amenities and hours, and the outdoor courts here are kept for members only.

Sell court time to players who never take a membership, with rackets and balls in the price if that is how you run it.

Americanos, cardio padel and beginner clinics sit on the club page with the spaces left, and a waitlist when they are full.

Monthly memberships that renew by card or Direct Debit, for the regulars who play three times a week and the juniors in the academy.

You built them because the sport took off and the courts were full by six. Here is where the evening goes.
The first four are at the door before you have the shutters up. Somebody has brought a friend who has never played.
A beginners’ clinic on one court, regulars on the rest, and the Americano list for Thursday already full.
Four players, one booking, and a bank transfer that says “padel”. Someone else wants to know if the outdoor court is free on Sunday.
Messages asking for courts, two no-shows to chase and an Americano to split into levels. The courts are dark. The admin is not.
When players book and pay for their own court, cancel before the deadline for a refund and check in on a tablet, the late-night messages about Sunday go quiet.
Run the courts. Let players book them.
Memberships, payments, bookings and check-in, plus a member app and a club website carrying your name. Put your club in it and have a look around.
Riverside PadelYour team runs the whole club from here: memberships, payments, bookings, check-in and the numbers behind them.
Owners, managers and coaches see the court sheet, the memberships and the money in one dashboard, and stop taking bookings by message.

One app for finding a court tonight, paying for it and turning up to the Americano on Thursday.

Padel venues sell court time first and memberships second, with club nights and coaching filling the quiet hours. This is how that week runs.
A member booked the 7am court on Saturday night from the app and paid by card. The slot dropped off everyone else’s list the moment it was taken, so there was nothing to double-book.
How court booking worksThe off-peak membership is priced for people who play while everyone else is at work. They book the same courts in the same app, and their membership card shows which plan they are on.
How memberships workParents book each child into the academy session from their own login and sign the club waiver for them. Coaches see the register with emergency contacts and medical notes where they need them.
How family accounts workPut the Americano on with a capacity of sixteen, a member price and a visitor price. When it is full, the next player joins the waitlist and is booked in automatically if somebody drops out.
How waitlists workA player cancels Saturday’s 10am court with a day to go. Your deadline is 24 hours, so they are refunded in full and the court goes straight back on sale. Cancel after the deadline and the court is still freed, but nothing is refunded.
A group on a weekend away buys pay and play court hours and books in the app. They check in on the kiosk tablet at the desk, which only accepts a booking’s pass from half an hour before the slot.
How check-in worksFour glass courts, a café and no membership base yet.
Two padel courts added beside the tennis courts.
Adult beginner courses, an improvers’ academy and junior groups after school, each a session with a capacity and a register, with court hire around them.
Run the whole club from one login. No bolt-ons, no juggling five tools, nothing to reconcile at the end of the month.
UK Direct Debit collected automatically, with failed payments retried for you. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay too, all landing in your club's own account, never ours.
Members, payments, bookings, check-in, your member app and club chat. All included, all talking to each other from day one.
No onboarding call and no setup fee. Most clubs take their first payment the same day they sign up.
Hear from the people running their clubs on Dyno.
Before Dyno we were juggling a Facebook group, a spreadsheet of subs and cash in hand payments that were impossible to track. Now the whole club lives in one place, monthly memberships collect themselves, parents book gradings straight from their phones, and I can message a full class in seconds. It has handed me back the couple of hours every week I used to lose to admin, so I can actually focus on teaching. For a club our size it has been a genuine game-changer.

Annual Growth and Pro plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Every member payment includes Dyno processing fees of 1.9% + 25p on cards, 1% + 20p capped at £4 on Direct Debit and 1% + 20p capped at £5 on a first payment made from the member’s bank, deducted from your takings and never added on top of your price. Commercial, business and non-UK cards cost more to process, so on those payments you pay what Stripe charges instead. Dyno takes 0% platform fee on every plan. Your club receives the rest, paid straight to your Stripe balance. See the pricing page for a worked example. VAT charged where applicable.
Padel is one of the fastest-growing sports in Britain, and many new venues open with glass courts, a third-party booking app and very little else. Dyno is padel court booking software for the venue itself: your courts, your prices, your memberships and your players, in an app with your club in it and the money going to your own Stripe account.
Each court, or block of courts, is a bookable space with its own slot length, opening hours and fee. Players see only the slots that are free, pay by card when they book, and cancel before your deadline for a full refund. Keep any court for members on the memberships you choose, and leave the rest for pay and play.
Padel is played in fours, but a court takes one booking: one player books and pays, and the other three settle up with them. Dyno does not split a court fee four ways. Each court also has one fee per booking for now, so peak and off-peak court prices are not something you can set yet.
The sport’s social side runs as sessions rather than court bookings: Americanos, Mexicanos, cardio padel, beginner clinics and junior academy groups, each with a capacity and a waitlist. Visitors can book those as a guest on your club page in the Dyno directory, while court bookings are made in the app.
The LTA has been padel’s governing body in Britain since 2019, and many venues run alongside tennis. If yours does, the tennis side can live in the same Dyno club, on its own courts with its own memberships.
Dig into the features behind it: court and facility booking, waitlists and cancellations, check-in and kiosk, card and Direct Debit payments.
