Tennis club management software and court booking
A tennis club is a membership organisation first and a court booking system second. Most of the money comes in at renewal, most of the work is done by volunteers, and the juniors and their coaching keep the club alive. Dyno is tennis club management software built around that: memberships that renew by card or Direct Debit, members booking their own courts in an app, coaching sold by the term, and a parent account for every family.
Court booking is part of the Growth and Pro plans. Each court has its own hours and slot length, any court can be kept for members on chosen memberships, and members see only the free slots. If you charge for a booking, the member pays by card in the app; if you don’t, booking is free for anyone who is eligible. Dyno doesn’t run gate locks or floodlight timers, so if your courts use a keypad code, that carries on as now.
Juniors are where tennis clubs work hardest. Parents add each child to their own account, enrol them in the coaching term, sign forms and pay. The ball-colour stages juniors move through, red, orange, green and yellow, can be set up as levels on a progression track, free on every plan, so a parent can see where their child is.
LTA-registered venues are asked to have a welfare officer and to follow the LTA’s safeguarding standards. Dyno keeps the records that sit behind that: a named safeguarding lead and published policy, coaches’ DBS and first-aid records with reminders, and each junior’s photo consent and medical notes on the register. Your club stays responsible for safeguarding; Dyno records it and reminds you.
Many LTA-registered clubs use ClubSpark, which is free for them because a fee is taken from every payment. Dyno is a monthly plan with no platform fee, so the club keeps everything members pay apart from the processing rate.
