Dyno is club management software that runs your memberships, payments, bookings and events in one place, with a real app for your members, built for independent gyms, martial arts schools, dance studios and sports clubs across the UK.
Dyno takes no cut of your takings on any plan. In the UK you pay the published processing rate, 1.9% + 25p on cards and 1% + 20p capped at £4 on Direct Debit, and it comes out of your takings rather than being added to what members pay. Commercial, business and non-UK cards cost more to process, so on those payments you pay what Stripe charges instead. Class For Kids, by comparison, is funded by a booking fee on each transaction that’s commonly passed on to parents.
Members get a native app with the feed, chat and bookings, not a web page to log in to. TeamUp’s member booking is largely web-based, and Class Manager gives families a web portal rather than an app.
Starter, Growth and Pro prices are published, from £39 a month, and every new club gets 30 days of Pro free with no card. Glofox and Wodify quote pricing on enquiry, and Mindbody’s onboarding is sales-led.
Memberships, classes, term courses, ticketed events, progression, safeguarding records and, with the Matchday add-on, fixtures and team selection all sit in one place. Spond is excellent for organising a team, but it’s built around the squad rather than a club with recurring memberships, classes and events.
Send us your members, memberships and timetable and we’ll move it all for you, with no setup fee. Members can use the app while your old system keeps collecting. Direct Debits held with GoCardless move across without members signing anything; otherwise card and Direct Debit authorisations are set up again through Stripe as members activate the app.

No. Dyno at dyno-app.com is club management software for gyms, studios and sports clubs. It has nothing to do with the Dyno bot for Discord, Dyno-Rod or any other company called Dyno.
Not for new clubs. Dyno’s old Free plan, for clubs of up to 20 members, closed to new clubs on 24 September 2026, and clubs already on it keep it. Every new club now starts with 30 days of Pro, free, with no card needed: every Pro feature, no member limit and Pro’s staff seats.
In the UK, Starter is £39 a month, Growth £99 and Pro £249, or £384, £984 and £2,388 a year paid annually. Every plan has a 0% platform fee and unlimited members, and the pricing page shows any offer running now.
