Your teams' fixtures end to end. Put the fixture list up, ask who can play and chase whoever has not answered, pick a side from the yeses and tell the squad, then record the score and the appearances. For football, rugby, cricket, hockey, netball and any other club that plays somebody.
Workout programming

The same published rate applies to every card, whoever issued it. Pay by bank is a membership’s first payment made from the member’s bank; renewals are then Direct Debits. Platform fee is 0% on every plan. VAT charged where applicable.
Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Not for new clubs. Dyno’s old Free plan, for clubs of up to 20 members, closed to new clubs on 24 September 2026, and clubs already on it keep it. Every new club now starts with 30 days of Pro, free, with no card needed: every Pro feature, no member limit and Pro’s staff seats.
How much does Dyno cost?
In the UK, Starter is £39 a month, Growth £99 and Pro £249, or £384, £984 and £2,388 a year paid annually. Those are list prices; the plans above show any offer running now. Every plan includes unlimited members, and the plans step up in staff seats (3, 10 or 30) and features. Enterprise, for multi-club organisations and white-label apps, is priced on request.
Are there any other fees?
Dyno takes 0% platform fee on every plan. You pay payment processing only on what you actually collect, deducted from your takings and never added on top of your price. In the UK that’s 1.9% + 25p per card payment and 1% + 20p capped at £4 per Direct Debit. When a member makes the first payment of a membership from their bank, that payment is 1% + 20p capped at £5; renewals are then Direct Debits at the Direct Debit rate. Commercial, business and non-UK cards cost more to process, so on those payments you pay what Stripe charges instead. There are no setup fees, and moving your club across from another system is free.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Choose Starter, Growth or Pro at any point in the 30 days and you keep the free days you have left: the first payment is taken the day the trial would have ended. We email you 7 days before the end and again the day before, and if you haven’t picked a plan you get 7 more days of grace. After that the club pauses. Nothing is deleted, existing members keep their access, and it’s live again the moment you choose a plan.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Monthly plans renew each month and you can cancel whenever you like, with access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Annual plans are paid up front, and annual Growth and Pro plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Do you charge per member?
No. Every plan includes unlimited members, so a busy month never puts your bill up. The member ranges on each plan are a guide, not a limit: the plans step up in staff seats and features instead.
