What clubs ask before they switch
Will I lose my current Stripe history?
No. Dyno connects directly to your existing Stripe account, so your historical payouts, statements and customer records stay exactly where they are. We just hook up new subscriptions and payments going forward.
What happens to my members' recurring subscriptions?
We move active subscriptions across so members don't need to re-enter their card details. The first cycle on Dyno starts on the same renewal date your members are already used to — no double-billing, no gaps.
How long does the migration take?
Most clubs are fully live within 5 to 7 days from sending us their member export. Multi-location or federation setups take a little longer; we'll give you an honest estimate up front.
What does it cost to switch?
Migration help is free. You only start paying for Dyno once you're live and on a paid plan — and clubs under 20 members stay on the free plan forever.
Can I export my data later if Dyno isn't for me?
Always. Member data, membership records, events and payment history are exportable as CSV at any time. There's no annual contract and you can cancel from your dashboard the same day.
Will my members need to download something new?
Yes — but that's actually the upside. The Dyno member app is a real iOS and Android app, not a clunky web portal, and members tend to engage with it far more than they did with their old club software.
