An Excel workbook with a ledger, monthly summary, bank reconciliation and year-end summary, all driven by formulas.
Template · Excel workbookA Word template for the AGM report, plus a plain guide to a club treasurer’s duties.
Template · Word documentA step-by-step guide and a Word pack: notice, nomination form, agenda and minutes.
Template · Word documentA Word constitution for an unincorporated club, with optional CASC clauses.

Template · Word documentA Word form with medical and photo consents and plain GDPR wording.
Template · Word documentEach template comes with a short guide: what it’s for, how to use it, what the rules or good practice say, and the mistakes clubs most often make. The legal and safeguarding points link to the official source, such as HMRC, the Charity Commission, NSPCC Sport and the ICO, and those sources were last checked on 16 October 2026.
The files are plain Word and Excel documents with no branding beyond a small footer line, so they look like your club’s own. They are standard .docx and .xlsx files, so Google Docs, Google Sheets and LibreOffice open them as well as Microsoft Office.
Dyno is club management software made by the team behind these templates. If your club would rather not run memberships, payments and sign-up forms on paper, see how Dyno works for sports clubs.
These templates and guides are a starting point, not legal or financial advice. Rules differ between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and between governing bodies, so check the official sources linked on each page and your own governing body before you rely on them.
