Boxing club management software
A boxing club is really three clubs sharing a gym: juniors who come for somewhere to go, fitness members who want the workout and will never spar, and a smaller group of competitive boxers. Boxing has no belts, so the useful software is the part that keeps those groups apart on the timetable, collects their fees and keeps the welfare paperwork straight. That is what Dyno does for boxing clubs.
Membership tiers decide which sessions each member can book, so the sparring sessions stay with the competitive squad, the boxfit members see boxfit, and juniors see junior sessions. Fees renew monthly by card or UK Direct Debit through Stripe, into the club’s own account, and people who would rather pay as they train buy a single session or a pack.
Amateur clubs in the UK affiliate to their national association: England Boxing, Boxing Scotland, Welsh Boxing, or the IABA in Northern Ireland. Boxer registrations, medicals and bout records stay with the association; Dyno doesn’t keep a bout record. What Dyno can do is record each boxer’s registration as a licence with its expiry date and send a reminder 30 days before it runs out.
Club shows and fundraising nights pay for a lot of amateur gyms. Each one runs as an event with a capacity and a ticket price, supporters who are not members book as guests on the club page and pay by card, and the takings land in the club’s Stripe account with every other payment, ready for the treasurer.
Juniors are the heart of most amateur clubs and often the reason they get funding. A parent adds each child to their own account, books the junior sessions, fills in the health form and pays, and the child needs no email address or login. The coach sees each junior’s emergency contact and medical flags on the register for that session.
Most boxing clubs work with children, and many are run by volunteers. Dyno keeps the records that sit behind a club’s safeguarding: a named lead and a published policy, coaches’ DBS and first-aid records with reminders, photo consent for every junior, and children’s accounts with no messaging, no discovery and no public profile. Your club stays responsible for safeguarding; Dyno records it and reminds you.
Dig into the features behind it: membership tiers, PAR-Q and waivers, safeguarding, family accounts, ticketed events.
